Brought my S&W 9mm in to have sights painted on a Wednesday morning. Kris asked if he could keep the gun overnight. I didn't hear back from him so I visited again the following Monday. Was told I would be contacted by Wednesday on when to pick it up. Again, never heard back from him. Waited another full week until the following Wednesday and went back in. Was told he still wasn't finished. I told him I was finished. Kris did not live up to his commitment and he never contacted me to let me know. Won't be going back

Kris and the guys are helping me with a knife restoration job, restoring a knife I received from my grandfather many, many years ago. They were/are very helpful and patient with all projects... big and small. There is no doubt, I will be a longtime customer!!! Thanks guys!

I went in on a whim to see if Ford's Firearms had a hard to find KelTec sub2000. Within minutes they had tracked down one and had it in my hands the following day and at a fraction of the cost if I purchased online. ( and I couldn't even find one online ) Awesome folks, very nice, very helpful, will be going back again and again.
Great place to go and see has an awesome selection of guns and cool artifacts in the store. Stopped in on our way to New Orleans just to check the place out. Kris was very helpful not only with the gun questions we had but also gave us tips and directions on things to check out while in New Orleans. Awesome place and great customer service.
