They had over 5 opportunities to tell me they didnt accept my insurance, as there were two pre appointment phone calls to take my information, and then my first visit, in which I again provided this info. I then ended up in the ER, and had to follow up with them regarding critical lab values. I called and set up an urgent appointment and canceled work for the day, drove across town and checked in, only to THEN be told I would need to self pay in full before seeing the doctor. I have to be honest and say worst dr office ive visited in my life. I've been here a total of 6 times in 2023. From complete incompetence just to take a person's blood pressure. im here specifically for super high BP. They don't care if the machine is malfunctioning or that the machine keeps failing to get my blood pressure at all after trying for 10 min.. at least the Dr Putnam could take it manually and get the real reading but the rest of the staff useless.
