Unfortunately, I found out they got another person. This organization is not BBB accredited for a reason. Please renters beware!
We were warned by the previous tenant and neighbors about the owner/agency. Did everything we could to improve the place over two years and they still squabbled over 350 dollars in the end. Replaced carpet in hallway and items that were faulty/fire hazards, painted back deck, pressure washed the place and left the landscaping 200% better than move in. Charged for damages caused by previous tenants' pets and items highlighted before moving in as well as damages incurred by crew they hired to replace fridge. Renter beware.
