This is one of my favorite places. The owner and the staff are fantastic. They care for their members, which they call family. I love everything about Fordham Firness. If you need to find a fit family, please join us Monday through Saturday.
The trainers are real professional and will get you the results that you're looking for. With a real support system and they keep the workouts challenging!
I finally found a gym that fits all my needs and wants! Ana and her team definitely will motivate you to become a better version of yourself! Definitely recommend!
