This roofing store had the tools I needed for my roof repairs, the person who helped me was very knowledgeable and resourceful providing different options if I didnt find exactly what I was looking for

I called to ask if they had some tiles in stock. They picked up the phone to hang up on me. I understand if you're busy and can't answer the phone. But at that point, you could let it ring or pick it up and tell the person if you can place them on hold. I definitely will not be calling here anymore.

Terrible customer service from the office staff, Rene there gave me attitude and was making faces from the moment I walked up. Kept trying to rush me through my order too. Only redeemed by the professionals doing the delivery.
