Might quite literally be the WORST customer experience I have EVER had. I am trying to buy an engine ($7k total cost) and have called them today may over 10 times today. I keep getting transferred back and forth mid conversation, then takes about 3 transfers to get back to the same person I was talking to. Zero STARS…. This place is the worst. Had an appointment for a month before I brought it in….. they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing… not even the diagnostic. Never called me back when they said they would, very unprofessional, and I even bought my vehicle there. They never offered a loaner & they would still have it in their storage lot if I didn’t demand it back.
