Very confusing and poorly coordinated experience. I came in and had a brief but very in-depth consultation with Sarah, the founder. She gave me thoughtful, specific guidance about my skin, discussed my current skincare routine in detail, and personally told me to come back to see her for a follow-up consultation and to bring my products so she could review the ingredients and plan future treatments. And an even bigger shout out to santasia who is juggling a million things and manages to manage it all and get back to clients. Wish I lived closer so I can be treated by Sara in a regular basis.
