Had an excellent experience - 1 appt in so far. I had never been to an aesthetician before and as I've transitioned to on camera work I wanted to develop a skincare routine. Saw Jessi for a skincare consultation, ended up doing a facial while there and recommended a suite of skincare products that were completely affordable. Sarah is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable right away and truly cares about your skin. My face was glowing after my appointment. She’s honest and you can trust her. So glad I found her, love you girl!
Very confusing and poorly coordinated experience. I came in and had a brief but very in-depth consultation with Sarah, the founder. She gave me thoughtful, specific guidance about my skin, discussed my current skincare routine in detail, and personally told me to come back to see her for a follow-up consultation and to bring my products so she could review the ingredients and plan future treatments.
