Shannon, is a great service advisor.
I called and told them the door keypad on my truck didn’t work. Booked an appointment, sat in the waiting room. Then they quoted me over $700 bucks to replace it, which is crazy. I said no so they stuck me with a $200 diagnostic fee. The diagnosis…. That the keypad needed to be replaced. A real gem that place.
