No auto body
I would recommend David Rivera as a sales consultant for the following reasons: 1) He’s a tenured employee and knows the brand very well. 2) He did an excellent job going over the different trim lines and took the time to explain all the features on the vehicle I was interested in. 3) No uncomfortable sales pressure 4) He did a great job breaking down the cost and going over financing options. 5) He has a genuine upbeat demeanor. Literally the worst service shop I've ever tried to deal with. I had an appointment scheduled with them last Friday to get yet ANOTHER repair done on my Bronco. This appointment took me weeks to scheduled because they told me they were so busy (later on I found out they could have scheduled me sooner). Took my car in at 9AM, was told it would be done in 3-4 hours. I waited until after 2PM before I called to find out what was going on.
