I had another great SERVICE experience at Gerald Jones Ford Lincoln. Shannon is by far the best service representative in the service department. She always goes above and beyond to ensure my service goes smooth. She always has a smile on her face when I see her. I get updates while my vehicle is there and I know when she is working my vehicle gets the best treatment. They got me right in for a brake job! Heavy duty shop is super friendly and helpful! Thank you for the great service!
After talking to the guy at the parts department, he recommended that I stop by the service department to see about having them take a look at my passenger mirror. I smacked a mailbox the week before. So my mirror was cracked on the bottom of the chrome plastic preventing it from folding on and out easily and Freddy Parker in service popped the cracked piece back in for me. God Bless.
