Christian at Upland got me right in for a oil change that was much needed on my truck. He told me just to bring it in and they would get it done. It was a smooth process and highly recommend them if you need any service done on your Ford vehicle. Thank you guys

very bad experience , my car had engine light on and off and did not pass the smoke check,, 2000, would solve the problem, i said ok, after a week of waiting and and not hearing anything I called and been told that I need to pay another 1500, .I was very upset in that if I knew it would cost this much I would not have it repaired, when I complained to service manager Danielle was not very helpful and rude, she try to sell me a use car in the mean time

I had scheduled an appointment with Ford of Upland to fix 4 recalls. Everything started decently with scheduling an appointment on 7/24 when Kenneth Certuche quoted us 24-48 hours to complete all the recalls. The next day, Kenneth sent a message stating my car was complete, then sent a message 2 minutes later to disregard it.
