Dropped off my expedition for service Mike was good and listened to my concerns and did what was asked
O stars!!! An absolute nightmare to deal with. Making an "appointment" with them means "to get on the list for the day," regardless of the appointment, which didn't seem to matter anyway. MISLEADING!! Nobody wants to help you when you go to the service department. Even with all the workers there, there's nobody to help you. You can see them talking to each other. I recently had to come in to Chalmers Ford to have service done on my F350. I worked with Diego in the service dept. I have to say I was impressed with his professionalism and all around being a good guy. I would highly recommend
