Brought my Ford transit for service they did not fix the vehicle properly. It has more issues and they want me to pay for the repair that should’ve been taken care of the first time.. Customers beware of this service department
Very nice people there! Talk about no stress buying, John and the finance guy did everything for us! Excellent place to go if you are in search of a vehicle! If we are looking for another vehicle, we will definitely go back to Shaker's Family Ford!
A good quality service
Today I had a 3.15pm appointment at this service station to have my vehicle serviced. When I arrived it took a few minutes for me to navigate my way to the service station since it was my first time there. When I did find the service, the person I was told to talk to was on the phone for several minutes so I had to wait until.she ended her call.
