Comically overpriced, rude service staff, I paid 30 dollars for a single nut and bolt that’s listed on FoMoCo website for 11 combined
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I had a terrible experience dealing with the service department. It took them in total, from first contact to full completion, 11 weeks to fix my car. After weeks of the technician Calli promising a loaner vehicle (which I needed as I traded in my Tacoma), I decided to bite the bullet and figure out a vehicle situation on my side, so we set up an appointment for my maverick to be taken to the shop.
