Bill in the service dept went over and beyond in assisting me in getting my truck taken care of. Recently, I bought a used Sierra from Hennessy. I had some issues early on and I was a little disappointed considering I just made a purchase. Bill did everything he could in his power to make sure that I didnt come out of pocket for anything. The service center has been very good to me. The customer service I received from Mr. Antonio Brown was excellent.
When I try to call to speak to a service advisor, every time it says the person is not available and hangs me up!
