Wait was too long for service rendered with Appointment. Price given and paid for Oil change and brake fluid flush. Upon completion, Associate never mentioned flush when directly questioned regarding flush; the Question was avoided by discussing oil change & brake fluid. Bill in the service dept went over and beyond in assisting me in getting my truck taken care of. Recently, I bought a used Sierra from Hennessy. I had some issues early on and I was a little disappointed considering I just made a purchase. Bill did everything he could in his power to make sure that I didnt come out of pocket for anything.
