I don't even know where to begin on how truly terrible the customer service has been with Banister over the last 8 months. Here's just a SMALL number of our complaints: lots of turnover in staff and Banister not being accountable for their previous staff's work (we brought our car in for service and we picked it up with 3 warning lights on suddenly, but they will not take responsibility for those issues) and they would not return phone calls or emails so we had to go to the location to talk to a service advisor. I have my 2014 ford fiesta serviced there now going on about 2years. For the time today I had an extremely disappointing and dissatisfied experience with customer service. The young lady on the cash register could not tell me if my payment went through or not. Told me “ if it dosent go through you will have mechanics lean on your vehicle, but there is no way to insure you” after giving me a receipt. Very unhappy with their service, Brand new tires & rims stolen off my vehicle replaced with bad rims & tires no thread. Vehicle in their possession for over one & half month. Air condition was working great before going in the shop, came out with no air condition on a very hot day had to take it directly back. I don't recommend this dealership at all to anyone
