Poor communication that resulted in them fixing on the wrong part of my vehicle, that wasn't damaged until they started fixing and broke screws off into my engine. I had my car towed in seven days ago it's still not fixed.

Made an appointment for a recall, after waiting for 2 hours they tell me they can't do it. They call a couple days later to schedule an appointment because the part arrived. When I show up for the appointment they say they don't have the part and can't do the repair for another month or two. Bad service and rude staff

Bad service, The lack of communication, respect, and basic professionalism is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who expects honesty or transparency.
