Lleve mi troca a un diagnóstico anterior mente lleve otra troca con el mismo problema primero me hacen cambiar llantas porque se supone que era eso y resulta que no era eso si no que es algo que viene de fabrica y ahora llevo mi otra troca con el mismo problema y dicen otra vez es la llanta quieren que pague de nuevo por otro diagnóstico lo mismo que la troca anterior ellos están adivinando no trabajando en el problema por eso agarré y llevé mi troca para otro lado mal servido señores ellos adivinan por un problema no lo bus... read more

Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came here, after 1h and 45min off waiting, they didn't even start checking my vehicle, I ended up scheduling another appointment with another ford dealership. Horrible customer service, choose another location, rude and disrespectful.
Poor communication that resulted in them fixing on the wrong part of my vehicle, that wasn't damaged until they started fixing and broke screws off into my engine. I had my car towed in seven days ago it's still not fixed.
