My experience was phenomenal! Asia was super helpful and very polite. She answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated her help and her kind disposition in what was a stressful moment. She even a banana and a Pepsi! She’s awesome sauce!

Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came here, after 1h and 45min off waiting, they didn't even start checking my vehicle, I ended up scheduling another appointment with another ford dealership. Horrible customer service, choose another location, rude and disrespectful.
