Took my vehicle in for Oil Change and recall work. Caitlin & Raymond did a great job and provided excellent customer service while working through some minor issues. Thank you to the team for great communication and end results!

I go through grand haven every day on my way to make deliveries. I noticed that your flag was not at half-staff. You need to correct that immediately, it should be at half staff. Our country suffered a major blow. I'll be by there again tomorrow if it's still at full staff. I'm gonna tell all my friends not to buy cars there.
Got my vehicle in at appointed time. They were quick and checked on the customers in the waiting room several times.
