I go through grand haven every day on my way to make deliveries. I noticed that your flag was not at half-staff. You need to correct that immediately, it should be at half staff. Our country suffered a major blow. I'll be by there again tomorrow if it's still at full staff. I'm gonna tell all my friends not to buy cars there.
Got my vehicle in at appointed time. They were quick and checked on the customers in the waiting room several times.
Incompetent service advisors. Can't/won't return calls. Terrible follow through. I could go on forever. Preferred Ford in Grand Haven is terrible.
