Dropped my car off 2 weeks ago on the day my appointment was scheduled and they have yet to even look at it
Called to see about getting truck on to be repaired. Told that I could make an appointment and might get one by end of July or I could drop it off tomorrow and leave it there and they will get to it in about 2 weeks. I thought only doctors have that type of schedule.
It was a very nice upscale restaurant for the area. It made me feel like I was in my hometown of New Orleans and the charbroiled oysters were delicious. My date said he enjoyed his Burger and we chose to skip desert. Overall a good experience.
This place doesn’t follow Fords fine print for warranty. My engine caught on fire and I utilized the roadside assistance that comes with the warranty, (5 years/60,000 mi. which ever comes first) I have just hit 50,100 and have had this car for 2.5 years. per the roadside assistance and warranty fine print, it says to bring it to a ford dealership for evaluation.
