It is a high-end salon, and the prices reflect the exceptional level of service and expertise. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. I'll start by saying that Lana (the concierge) was absolutely fabulous. She is personable, easy to talk to, and was helpful. I went in for a consultation to try and remedy mono-toned bleach job. It was like a blank canvas, and I wanted to get it toned because it would be less damaging, and get a cut. My hair currently sits at the top of my shoulders, and I was looking to get a blunt bob, so maybe 3 inches off. The woman that did my consultation was lovely. I’ve had a few wonderful experiences at Ford Salon, particularly with owner Colin. He is exceptionally talented, creative, professional, and kind. What I appreciate most is how deeply he listens and the genuine care he brings to every client interaction. I have really enjoyed my visits to Ford salon, such a lovely space with great amenities and very good vibes. Kaleigh has been my stylist for years and always does an amazing job for both cut and colour, she's super talented and is an excellent communicator, great at understanding what I want to achieve with my hair. I would recommend Ford to anyone looking for an upscale salon experience, and highly recommend Kaleigh as a knowledgeable, friendly stylist for consistently excellent cut and colour services

I've been waiting a long time and growing my hair out for 3 years so that I could get a layered cut for my medium thick very fine hair. Lisa Marie did a fantastic job. My haircut was exactly as I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased.
