F-150 Owner AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I took my truck there in response to a recall notice about the straps around the fuel tank. In replacing those straps, they nicked my brake line. My regular mechanic caught this and replaced the line. I contacted Champion's service manager, Cole, to be reimbursed for this expense. He asked me to bring the brake line for him to see. Bought New Truck I just bought a F-150 from them. Overall, good experience. Jerry was the salesman I dealt with and he was very easy going and soft spoken. He wasn't pushy at all, unlike Planet Ford (I-45 location). I ended up getting a decent deal (8500 off) on a truck that I wanted which I couldn't find at any other dealerships. Needless to say, I'm happy and got what I wanted. The staff was not pushy and all, very nice and easy to work with. They also have no problems accepting cash for payment.
excellent service department Wow! What a pleasant experience! I am now a regular at Champion Ford Service. It's fast, efficient and reasonable. I think this Ford/Volvo dealer realizes the importance of a dealership's service department. Pleased that the have instituted a 'quick change' oil/lube service. Keep up the good work.
Horrible Customer Service! Dirty! Shop around!!! The service department is filled with unprofessional, rude and uneducated staff. Shop around, find somebody else to do the work. I actually had to find my own parts...the parts department was clueless. I contacted Volvo directly, they found the parts for them and Volvo provided me with an update, not the dealership! Pushy and more expensive In my experience, I did not like this Ford dealership. I went to buy a car and found the salesperson pushy. They of course did not want me to look at other dealerships and led me to believe I was walking out of a good deal. So I went to another nearby dealership. I looked at the same make and model car with more features, less pushy salespersons, and for over $1000 less. I had a better experience elsewhere.
STAY AWAY from the SERVICE DEPAETMENT! Service department ripped me off, I took my car in under warranty and when they tried to charge me $600.00 for a TUNE UP! They said they would have to start there in order to determine what was wrongâ¦I am not the type to say this but..I think it was because they thought I was a dumb female. and treated me like one.
