Racial bias. Very unfair practices. Ford Realty Tyvola land llc Andy Burch, Attorney Patrick Hunter should be ashamed of themselves. Terminating lease of tenants who have never had citations, warnings or disciplinary problems. They are either fincacially driven or racial bias. They do not care about thier tenants. I would not recommend anyone to lease from them Griffith road or Minuet. Be aware.
Ford Realty Tyvola Land LLC and Griffith Road commercial park is disappointing. To terminate the lease of tenants who have been nothing short of amazing and has caused no trouble what so ever is ridiculous . No citations , no warnings or disciplinary actions. This is definitely a biased decision whether it be race or financial. This is ridiculous and i definitely do not recommend anyone to lease from them AT ALL.
