I have had the worst experience since having recall parts installed on my car. I have never had issues with my car before bringing it into this shop, NEVER. Dropped my car off for an oil change on 7/25/26 and was told oh there are a few recalls on you car and they could get me in on 8/7/26. When I went on the 7th, they asked if I ever experienced overheating and I told them no. Spent over $3,000 for parts that did not need to be replaced. Despite the time and cost, the original problem remains unresolved. In the end, Ford acknowledged they were unable to diagnose their own vehicle! Communication has also been unacceptable. I rarely receive updates. I must call and email repeatedly just to get a response. This has wasted significant time, caused hardship, and resulted in financial loss Not getting any ford vehicles again
