Called 5 Ford dealers in the area. Hawk Ford was the only parts dept to sell at MSRP. Everyone else was marked up 30 to 50% over MSRP.
Went in for a wiper issue and was told I needed a new motor for $650. Turned out to be a seized transmission arm. Paid $100 for a diagnostic that wasn’t even correct and overpriced fix. Nice work ford
