"Terrible customer service. I called to request a copy of my credit from a part I returned, but the employee was aggressive and rude. When I asked him to be more professional, he hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behavior!"
Went to get some tires looked at for my girlfriend's car and Zach helped us. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly helping us get what we need in a timely manner. We got the tires mounted, balanced and installed that same day and everything went smooth. Zach, thank you again for your kindness and patience, I highly recommend this facility.
Gave me the wrong part 2x and I live over 30 min away and I even brought in the right old part with me to make sure and still got the wrong one. Asked for a shipping label to return so I didn’t have to drive back there for the 3x and was given no help other than you have to come back to get a refund. Will not go back to this ford for parts
