Chris Brownell and Nathan Schnelli were absolutely amazing. My wife and I were without out vehicle (our only car) and they helped us not only get our vehicle fixed but set us up with a temporary car while it was getting fixed. Your 'new tires' on a new-used vehicle will be junk after 25k miles. Your 'new' brake pads will also be the cheapest possible. And when I did my first oil change at home after only owning for 4k miles, my filter was the dirtiest it has ever been on any oil changes and was Napa brand. Since when does Ford use Napa brand oil filters? Maybe the car didn't actually have a fresh oil change like they said!
