Dr. Martha Ford is the best. Over the years I had Dr. Ford and had to change doctors due to insurance. Once I realized Dr. Ford accepted my insurance I was so excited to get back in her care. She is caring and thorough. All the staff at WellMed of New Tampa are exceptional and I am so happy to be a part of their patient list.
Doctor Ford is very patient and thourough. She always makes sure I don't have any questions or concerns once she's done with her treatment. She's helped me tremendously with my chronic migraines and other issues. Thank you doc! I highly recommend her professional expertise.
The dr's are good. I have never had a problem. The wait times are atrocious. They ask for a urine sample at every visit which seems shady. They then charge you lab fees and a separate company also charges for that urine analysis.
I would not recommend Dr Ford for many reasons. #1 she is not very thorough. #2 her billing tactics are illegal. If I had sense I would report her to the Dept of Insurance. I have been to her many times and always paid $125 for an after hours appt. She had the nerve to try and bill me $210 for the same visit. She felt since my deductible was met I would be ok with this. I refused to pay that and she then changed to $145 which I paid. She billed me as a new patient which I was not. Thief
The entire staff is very unprofessional, Dr Ford did not show any concerns of my medical problems I was experiencing, I feel she is in the wrong profession, I've had nothing but bad experience with this doctors office and will not be returning for no further disappointents, the phone staffs are very unprofessional and rude, I would not refer a dog to this fake doctors office and they better pray no one sues them
