This Dealership has a terrible Service Department ! I started having my Ford Fiesta serviced at this Dealership in 2019 after moving to Memphis. The Service Agents are not professional & act un-interested in helping with service problems. One of my service trips, they put the wrong oil in my car & I caught the mistake on my service ticket receipt as I was leaving.
