Horrible service took them 3 days to tell me what was wrong with my car and than when I finally get it back it’s covered in bird poop they charged me 260 just to keep my car for 3 days, not do anything to it and give me my car back looking like crap, they could’ve at least washed it for that price
White glove service, they go above and beyond to make the process smooth. Highly recommend.
I told service dept the engine cover was present before their work. Every time I gave a example of it being there by my minds eye (since they asked for pictures) who takes pictures of your moter, unless you are working on it, they came back with a rebuttal to my response. Service writer totally discounted my claim, I'am an honest person and offended by their lack of Customer care. They then told me the tech didn't remember removing it. Edgar in service took care of my 2021 Ford Bronco. There were a few minor problems and a few recalls as well. This has been an awesome vehicle and was great to get awsone service from Ford Of Upland service department.
