Very disappointed with this dealership. Service department charged me restocking fee for parts that never left the dealership. I asked for a breakdown of the invoice, the guy was annoyed with my questions. I wasn't even rude. I'm disappointed with Ford because I have had zero issues with service departments from my other vehicles, Mazda exceptional, Hyundai great, Honda great. This place never coming back.
Can't tell you how disappointed I was in this service dept. Purchased 2 vehicles in December 2025 was told service department was great. Not so much. They are slow- disrespectful-and really just don't care. Sad because the sales dept were fantastic. We will be finding a different place to take our vehicles for service. Upland Fors need to do better.
