Absolutely the worst experience at a dealership!! Lied to by the sales person about buyback process, we didn’t even know about a buyback until TAYLOR told us about it!! He assured us we would get approval and he would even help us with the reimbursement of mileage. I will say he’s a good sales person because he sold us on LIES! Horrible service took them 3 days to tell me what was wrong with my car and than when I finally get it back it’s covered in bird poop they charged me 260 just to keep my car for 3 days, not do anything to it and give me my car back looking like crap, they could’ve at least washed it for that price
White glove service, they go above and beyond to make the process smooth. Highly recommend.
