Only purchase was from the Toyota Of Danville in Tilton, IL but was made aware this company is in the same ownership. Service department didn't do what they said they were going to do. Told me to bring new truck back in three weeks and they would dig deeper into the issue. Took truck back again and they called within 2 hours to come get it. They said didn't hear anything so no need to look into it deeper. Why did i bring it back again to get the same answer twice.
I have got to say that Steve in the service department at Ford of Tuscola is amazing! He has helped me every time I’ve ever had an issue and he’s always been friendly and courteous. I had a real problem this weekend when my wife’s car got a flat tire and even though it wasn’t a Ford product he was able to get us in and repair the tire over the weekend when we thought we were gonna have to wait until Monday to get it fixed.
