I have got to say that Steve in the service department at Ford of Tuscola is amazing! He has helped me every time I’ve ever had an issue and he’s always been friendly and courteous. I had a real problem this weekend when my wife’s car got a flat tire and even though it wasn’t a Ford product he was able to get us in and repair the tire over the weekend when we thought we were gonna have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I purchased a used Chevy Travers just a few weeks ago. I live about 40 minutes away. I liked the idea of purchasing through a dealership instead of a private seller.
