We were traveling and got a piece of metal in our tire. We drove to the Ford dealership and they got us right in, fixed it, and put us back on the road in a very timely fashion. They were very kind and helpful people. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Last night, I was changing my oil and I stripped out my oil drain plug. I had a load of my trailer and I was kind of Trippin. I looked up and found this Ford dealership showed up at 7:30. They had what I needed and more. It was very nice. I can’t tell you last time I wanted to afford dealership they actually had something in stock that wasn’t outrageous. Fair pricing back here come here again.
My wife and I were traveling through the area and had a slow leak in her tire. Tuscola was the closest town so we exited and tried 4 different tire repair shops that all said they were open. We pulled into Ford of Tuscola after noon and asked if they could help us out. Not only did they call the service team back, they patched her tire and did so without asking anything in return.
