What’s the point of making an appointment if the mechanic isn’t going to show up? My car was checked in at 12:58, so I assumed it was being looked at. After an hour, I got up to check on the progress — only to see a few people huddled around another vehicle while mine sat in the same spot I’d parked it in. I waited an hour for nothing. I should’ve just taken my car to an auto shop in Arcola. They probably wouldn’t charge $135 plus a $20.25 shop fee just to tell me I need an actuator for the defrost.
Just bought a 2017 Toyota Tundra from this dealership. Jake Lashmet handled the sale and was beyond awesome. Without a doubt one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Jake moved the process along quickly, professionally and in a very friendly manner. The entire process from test drive to negotiating a deal to finalizing the paper work was quick and easy. Would highly recommend seeing Jake if you are in the market for a vehicle.
Getting this dealership to look at our truck as issues arise and give us a loaner is like pulling teeth. We pay for a warranty for a reason. And they are not accommodating in any way. We are hard working adults with jobs, and the dealership is 25 minutes from our home. This is the second time something is wrong with our vehicle and it needs looked at and they're saying "we don't have loaners" We need 2 vehicles, we are a 2 income household with children who go to school, going without a vehicle, or missing even a day of work... read more
Don't take your vehicle to Ford of Tuscola for service! You will get hosed and end up paying for parts they damage while they work on your vehicle or end up with an additional $1500 due to them " only quoting part costs ".
