Updated August 2025, During the past few months both my Son and I purchased Pre-Owned SUVs from Smithtown Ford. Our Salesperson David, was informative, professional and efficient and he found us the vehicles that best met our needs. My salesman Vinny was honest and great.
Probably one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to! No one cares about their costumers at all.
I got free service on an extended warranty program. They got the part and the work was done quickly. So far so good. Not sure if Joe was sales or service but he was very helpful getting me in and out of there.
