Been trying to talk to someone for a week now about getting my car in for service. Left 2 different people voicemail messages & no call back. My service advisor never seems to be available. Ive even emailed him & got 1 reply but i answered him back & no reply. Had my car serviced 2 times this year & both times it took days to get a reply for an update on my car. My husband had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. They're very dishonest, poor customer service
I wish I could say I had a positive experience but I did not. Earlier this week I was speaking to a representative name Sarah about the Ford Bronco Big Bend trim through text. But as it was an A.I. system I was really talking to Jonathan. When I got to Ford of Smithtown, I was greeted and asked who I was here to see. Just picked up my F 150 from Michael Giovanni at Ford Lincoln of Smithtown. Michael really goes above and beyond for his clients. He’s a 'damn good' sales consultant who makes the process simple. Wouldn't go anywhere else
