Rocco was wonderful. Over the last 20 years, my family has purchased only Chevy cars. We had a disappointment with our last purchase and decided to try Ford. From the get go, Rocco was patient, answered all of our questions, and we never felt pressured, worked, or any of the regular annoyances typical of car salesman. He was laid back and let us take our time and continues to this day to help me when I have questions. I will recommend Rocco and Smithtown Ford to anybody who will listen.
Stay away from this dealership. Made a deal with the sales guy, then when you you go to sign for the car the finance guy increases the money down and increases the monthly payment! Shady dealership!!
