What a disappointment can give me out the door price, they want you come to dealership and start with high number, BECAREFULL !!!!
Do Not buy from here!!!!! Purchased a used car from them and we barely made it home. Battery and check engine light came on after 20 minutes and then car completely shut down. We had to get car towed back to them . They replaced battery and alternator . We were told car would be fine . I asked if engine light issue was addressed and I was told yes. They brought the car back to us . Car sat in driveway until the morning when we had to go to work . Engine light was on again and the engine sounded like it was going to fall out.... read more
they put summer tires on my suv in the middle of winter and have done nothing to correct the situation no matter how many times I reached out. Unless you want them to put you on the road in a dangerous situation, I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone. They do not care about the safety of their customers and only profit.
three weeks ago,itook my truck in to have some recalls done ,and i left my truck at the dealership and they never did any of the recalls for me, now i pick my truck they only change the oil and replace the brake pads and couple filters and charged me $2,147,but they never did any recalls ,i feel like i got scammed, i dont recommend this dealer again. also why ford keep sending recalls if they can send the parts to fix it
Warranty Runaround, Ignored, and Discouraged From Speaking Out My experience with Smithtown Ford has been completely unacceptable. For nearly a year, I tried to get my Bronco convertible soft top repaired because it appears to be ripping.
