I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Ford regarding the recall of my Fusion Energi. After being set up by Ford corporate to surrender my vehicle due to the safety concerns associated with the recall, I was directed to Lease Manager Mike Chindamo. Once he received all my required paperwork, he called to inform me that I could come in and surrender the car. Overall great experience. Both Mark(salesperson) and Anthony(manager) make the car buying process quick and easy. They made sure O was happy and everything was clear and up front. There were No hidden costs at the end and I definitely got an amazing car for what I wanted to spend. Most dealerships see a woman and take advantage. Would highly recommend
