9/11/24 10:00am,, I called the Ford service center in Jamaica (718) 865-8591. The lady that answered the phone asked me if I had been to the service center before. When I told her no she got angry. She then told me to go somewhere else and hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional nasty and rude, when they say don’t bring your vehicle to this service center I see why.

Yo fui por un diagnostico para mi ford scape y no me lo quiseron hacer Por que ya la habia antes o un mecanico particular , me gustan los carros ford , pero si esta es asi creo q cambiare a otra marca de carro

Took my car for service for oil change. This was covered. I also had my cabin filter changed. Next day I heard rattling noise. Took it back. They said it was leaves and dirt blocking the filter. I had to pay a diagnostic fee. They should have made sure all was good before installing a new filter. I feel a lil ripped off. I had my filter changed before and the technicians in another location usually blow out all the dirt and leaves before they change filters and or do work to you car. This is where you come to get robbed. Will charge you $600 to just look under the hood. Even if you have a full warrenty!!!! Took it to a local mechanic and had everything done for half the price of just looking under the hood price of $600 without doing no repairs. Absolutely disgraceful practices by Ford. Don’t buy a Ford, and will never buy a ford moving forward.
