There is an excellent service manager here. I encountered a difficult employee, but fortunately, a great manager stepped in naturally to defuse the tension and resolve the issue.
Service at this dealership was great especially my advisor George and the way that they actually give you a video while you're waiting of them inspecting your car I did get an email telling me to stop by anytime for a car wash so I don't know why they didn't wash the car while I was there but we'll find out how that works when I stop by for the car wash
