Ok, I know this will sound like I was paid to post this, but I most definitely was not. I've been to many Ford dealerships nationwide, and the service center is the absolute best. The service advisor, Brittany, was absolutely amazing because she found that I had the oil change package. I had gone to other dealerships, and they either told me that I didn't have one or I had run out of oil changes. But she found out that I have one and was able to use it. Thank you!!
