Having problems CHeck engine light on A.GAIN
Made appointment for 8:30 am on Friday to have them take a look at vehicle. I called in around 1pm to get update, nothing, called for update on Saturday still no action not even inspected. Service person Nick was not very good on communication. Finally Monday late after we called, update provided inspection report. Still no answer on warranty coverage, ended up just picking up truck on Wednesday with no work done. Big fail Ford service team.
I bought a new truck and the process was very smooth and much better than expected. Dylan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us find a truck that had everything we were looking for.

Bought this truck from y’all new. Got a recall on it went in and scheduled it for the following week brought it in kept it two days and was told I would have to bring it back because they had to order parts
