From beginning to end my simple oil change was such a great experience. I was greeted with enthusiasm, and patience. I was quickly attended to and before I knew it, my car was up and being taken care of. I loved the video that was made for me regarding issues and concerns that the technician had. Will definitely be coming back again.
Albert, and the crew were some of the most professional mechanics I've ever dealt with. Everyone was friendly and paid attention to the needs of my vehicle. Very fast! Dropped my vehicle off late Friday, got diagnosed by Monday afternoon at which the parts were ordered and came in Wednesday, Friday we drove off with with our vehicle! Exceptionally good service and very happy with overall experience!
My wife took my truck in for tire rotation and oil change, they did not do tire rotation because the "lugs were swollen" and if they broke they would charge us $10 per lug. when my wife got home I looked but they didn't even remove the hub caps, not a mark where you remove them and my truck was not clean I live in a sandy area so you would be able to tell had they been removed and I noticed they damaged them, next day my wife calls and tells details to advisor and he said he saw the hub caps off, they requested us to go back... read more
