Had an engine light on my car. It wasn’t accelerating properly. I called the dealership my dad used for my little Ford. They told me a diagnosis would take 2 weeks. At the time 2 weeks was manageable. Called after 2 weeks and was told it would take another 2 weeks. Angry and not getting a call back from the person who took the car in in the first place my patience was gone. I picked the car up after talking to Ford in Shelbyville.
