I purchased parts from their parts department. Specifically a set of cam phasers. The components in question failed 5 minutes into the test drive causing significant damage to my engine. I contacted them to initiate a warranty claim on the parts (as they were sold with a 1-year warranty) and they refused. Justin was good to deal with..... however it stopped there. What a bait and switch operation they run. They actually entered our personal vehicle and without asking went thru the glove box and pulled our registration. We would have happily handed it over to them. They left the contents laying all over the seat. They also enticed us to drive over an hour with a trade-in offer of several thousand dollars more than what other dealerships offered after seeing our trade in.
