Worst Service Department Ever!! I have been taking my car here for about two years. The advisor Miguel Gonzalez is the Worst person ever! I take my car in for Repairs and their Mechanic keeps screwing things up on my car and then they say its not their fault. I filed a complaint against them and then they cough up a settlement. Ford of montebello should not even be in business, they have the worst customer service in parts and in the service department.The people in the parts department never give customers the right parts the first time,and never even give you at least a smile after you spend your money on all of their over priced auto parts. The service advisers never answer the phones when you want to find out if your car is ready, and also my car always gets scratched.
I PURCHASED MY ESCAPE FEB 2009 AND SALES STAFF TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. WHEN I NEED MY VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED MIGUEL GONZALEZ IS MY #1 ADVISOR, ALWAYS VERY HAPPY AND HE TREATS ME AND I AM SURE EVERYONE ELSE THE SAME LIKE I AM SPECIAL AND I WONT EVER TAKE MY VEHICLE ANY WHERE ELSE FORD OF MONTEBELLO IS FOR ME.
THE FORD OF MONTEBELLO STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER WITH OK CREDIT, THE SALES DEPARTMENT LISTENED TO ME, AND WERE ABLE TO GET ME INTO THE CAR OF MY DREAMS. Dishonorable Sales Staff!!!!!! I went to FOM negotiated the price of a car, went in the next day and they jacked up the price $1ooo.Thesales manger said that it was illegal for them to sell the car for less than the advertised price! Even though all "HIS" agents were telling us not to worry they can work with the sticker. Why All the LIES????
