Excellent at fixing cars but definitely need to do better at communications and setting expectations esp. in regards to when parts will be in and car will be ready.
I want to give a Big Shout Out to BJ Collision Center of Londonderry. The customer service was outstanding, my mirror got ripped off and it inhibited me to drive my Ford Bronco. BJ miraculously handle the issue quickly and promptly. With a new side view mirror, I was able to drive my Bronco the very next day! Then there was another incident three weeks later. The shop looks busy Bj was able to get me in 4 other shops told me to bring in mid June they moved quick and helped me out now I'm getting my truck back and the front end was pretty damaged
