On Saturday 9/26, I purchased a used Car from Jason at Ford of Kirkland. Monday morning I went to work and the car started losing power and making a loud knocking sound. I called Ford of Kirkland and waited on hold twice for an extended period of time before hanging up and calling a tow service to tow it back to Ford of Kirkland. After the car was towed back to Ford of Kirkland, I spoke with the guy who performed the towing afterward.
