After nothing but horrible service at Sanders Ford I decided it would be worth it to drive an extra 15 minutes to take my business elsewhere. So glad I did Ford of Jones County was everything I expect and want in service. I’ve had them work on my 1997 Diesel Ford F-250 and 2021 GT Mustang. Service providers were polite and listened to my concerns. They could have got me for new breaks but were honest with me and let me know it wasn’t needed which means a lot to me. Noah Phelps was an excellent salesman. He followed through on everything I asked him to do. I would definitely use him again if I were purchasing another vehicle. One of a kind!!! I left various keys in the console of my old vehicle and he retrieved those for me so that I did not lose them. It was much appreciated.
Mr. Noah had great customer service put me in a 2023 Kia Sorrento understood everything I told him in recent with me so I Give him a 10 out of 10
Man the people are awesome so no offense to yall at all but I had a bad experience due to banking issues i assume couldn't finance a vehicle that they picked for me was told yall had multiple for me to choose from only came with one option took the vehicle home it started doing the shake of death if you know you know then I had to bring the vehicle back the next day scared out of my mind that I would die trying to get it back to the dealership which was crazy cause I told them I was scared to drive it due to the death shake ... read more
