Had my truck towed in for a new battery. After speaking to someone on the phone they said they’d be able to do that day. I tried calling back repeatedly, no anwser. I physically go in the next day and they haven’t even looked at it. Ofcourse the service is closed on weekends. Tried calling Monday-wed with absolutely no luck. Even their own operator couldn’t get ahold of someone. I have a day off go in and they finally have an estimate on batteries!!! Moral of the story two weeks to change a battery.
They treated me fair and worked really hard with me. Transmission repair was done in a timely manner and the service was great. Would’ve been cool to throw in an oil change with it but hey… now I’m being picky.
If you go to bill Penney ford looking for a new car I highly suggest Randy Harlan the process was quick and easy and he will do everything in his power to take care of you and he will!
I highly recommend this car dealership!!! They are very kind and helpful people! I recommend Randy Harlan!! He is a very understanding, helpful and a very real person! Me and my boyfriend walked in, not even expecting to get a car that day. 2 hours later, we were sold and driving away with a beautiful car! I am very grateful for them to take the time to help us out and have us riding very nicely!!
