I am leaving 2 stars, one for Shayan and another for Andrew (saleman) they were great and personable as I was looking and taking a test drive. I looked at an F150 that I am in the market of buying. The last three stars come from the treatment of the salesmanager - Adam. I asked for a list of his best price on the vehicle, with tax and all fees listed - and the added cost of the Blue Advantage inspection and warranty. I took my car in for 10k service. I was greeted by a very professional and attentive Service Advisor named Logan Tobin. He explained everything to me and gave me a time frame. Logan was friendly and greeted me with a smile. My experience with Ford of Homewood has been great so far. From the time that I bought my car at Ford from a knowledgeable and courteous young man Samuel Bailey.
Ordered a part that they claimed was on back order. They said they’d call me when it was ready, it’s been a year and nothing. I’ve called many times and I just get told it’s still on back order or put on hold for an hour. Absolutely terrible.
