Kevin was super helpful. We were on a multi state family road trip when our Explorer starting making a weird noise. The service team squeezed us in on NYE and saved us! Great communication and service. Thank you!
Joanne from service was absolutely amazing in assisting me with my needs. I needed to get my car in asap and she made it happen. Because of the complex situation with my vehicle I felt a rental car would be necessary and Jamie the rental car manager went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. 5 stars is not enough to give the staff members at Greenfield Ford.
