They didn’t like a previous review I left about them and just cause I'm telling you what they did to me. So at this Ford dealership, you're not allowed to tell or warn people of your experience there. They only want the good reviews to pump up their ratings. I have since deleted that original review like last year and they've serviced my car 2 times since that review with no problem. Now, all of a sudden, today I received a phone call and text message from them telling me they refuse to service my car because of a past revie... read more

Would give less stars if possible. I paid 2 wrecker bills (one to get the car there and another to get it home), when I refused to pay the outrageous price of $5,800 to get my 2007 *******Montego back to normal. They had quoted me $242 to reset my computer and I agreed to pay that. I specifically asked them to clear the codes and they said they would. Ol X***** suckered me right in. After the vehicle was already there, then is when they tell me that they won't reset the computer unless I have THEM repair EVERYTHING. They eve... read more

The customer (******* ****) came to the dealership and spoke with Service Advisor to set an appointment. The appointment was to diagnose the following concern's: 1.) Customer states battery was just replaced, and vehicle seems to run rough after. 2.) Customer states check engine light is on. The customer had the vehicle towed in overnight and the dealership received the vehicle and created the repair order #****** on 02/27/2023 at 7:36 am. This dealership advertised a 2020 Ram 2500 with a lifetime warranty. I went to the dealership and started working a deal on the truck. Once we agreed on the sale price and my trade amount, I authorized them to submit a credit application to see what interests rates they offered. I have excellent credit and should qualify for the best rates. My salesman got the approval and said I was approved with a rate of 8%. I said no thanks I will use my credit union at 4.9%. At that time he said this deal is only good if I use their fin... read more

Business response:

Customer chose not to buy the truck after an agreement was made on price and where the money was coming from. Our disclaimer states that we work for accuracy in all information posted online but we can't guarantee 100 percent accuracy. Moving forward our service department will be making us aware of any modifications done that would not allow us to offer our lifetime warranty.

I bought a vehicle from Ronnie with Ford Lincoln of Cookeville and I made sure to have GAP insurance and I trusted what Ronnie told me. GAP will cover what your insurance won't. Fast forward a few months and a deer ran out of front of my wife and daughter and totaled the car. The GAP insurance Ronnie sold me is a joke. It is with *********************** and after insurance paid I still owe $4,940.43 and GAP only paid $ 1,491.80. I am left to somehow pay the difference. Obviously they will do anything to make a sell and when ... read more

Business response:

We have reached out and spoke with customer. We understand his frustration with the situation however but the GAP insurance that was purchased did help significantly offset what would have been owed if it was not purchased. If the insurance company involved does not give them full market value for the car at the time of accident, we can not help with that. If customer would like to trade out of current vehicle and roll the amount owed into another car or refinance current car to help absorb the out of pocket costs into a mon... read more

After trading two cars in on the same day, we were I intiallly happy with service we received. However not even two weeks after, my husband's check engine light came on. We proceeding to bring it back to Ford for them to look at it, to which we were told it needed new coils and wires which was going to cost $469. We knew it was a used car but for this to occur not even two weeks after was extremely frustrating, and they werent going to show any type of integrity to help us out. Once they finally agreed to cover half the cost... read more
