I will not take my vechile to this service shop again. Took my truck in for a recall had it for 9.5hrs with no communication. I reached out 3x before someone was able to help me. And then had to go pick my truck up because they couldn't do the upgrade unless I left my truck there. But actually needed the next morning at 6am. There was no apology for anything. Super experience purchasing my car at Ford of Columbus. Jeremiah was a great salesperson! I was struggling getting there due to my work schedule but he went out of his way to make sure the car was on the lot in the time frame I needed it:) He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Samantha in financing was super awesome as well! An all around good experience. I'd definitely purchase from Ford of Columbus with Jeremiah as my salesperson again!
