Just bought a 2024 used vehicle from these folks. Lee was our sales person. He won my business on my first visit there. I told him I didn't want to spend a lot time there and just needed information. He let me walk away after answering my questions and it only took 10 mins. I went to see a vehicle at another deership before returning, but I knew that I was going to make our purchace from Lee due to his respect for my time. Worthless service
I have debated for months if I was going to write this or not. I bought a car from them in October 24. two days after I bought it the check engine light came on, so I made an appointment for them to look at it. They said nothing was wrong with it. Fast forward a month later check engine light comes back on. Its my spark plugs, i change those continue to have problems and my check engine light comes back on, i return it to the dealership and they say its my catalytic converters... Last year I purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco new from this dealership. I would start by saying anyone looking to buy a new vehicle please avoid this dealership it has been the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a dealership. Shortly after buying the vehicle one of the windows malfunctioned and was down and unable to come up.
