Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Brought my 2024 Bronco Raptor in for a defective battery. Already tested the battery myself and shared a detailed description of my troubleshooting efforts and the results of said troubleshooting. Battery would rapidly lose charge after charging fully, so I suspected a possible parasitic draw. Because of this, I disconnected the battery from the vehicle and recharged.
