Very friendly and service was done quickly
I live very close to another Ford dealer but drive 25 miles away to Ford of Columbia's shop. Their service has always been far better in my case from other dealers I have gone to. Had a problem, got me in the next day, overnighted a new part and installed it the day after...which was a big relief for me. My service advisor and the whole service staff was nothing but courteous.
