I know it may not necessarily be the fault of this particular dealer, but how the heck can a basic 10" rear view mirror for a 2010 Ford ranger cost $101.00 and some change? The markup is ridiculous & it's the reason so many aftermarket car part companies have popped up in recent years. I never expect to get a great deal for a factory part, but we all have our limits. a basic rear-view mirror is a $25.00 part at most, which still allows for significant profit for the manufacturer.
Your service department went above and beyond to help us. We broke down while traveling and they had us back on the road in a day. So much compassion and help from the mechanic to the service Reps. Thank you so much for being there.
