I scheduled my service appointment for an oil change on my 2023 F-150 last week for 11:00 a.m. today. After walking around for 2 hours I went back and asked where my truck was at and the service attendant told me it's still in line for service. I told him but I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 a.m. and he said that's just to see the service attendant not to get the work done. REALLY! What's the point of making an appointment?
