Can not verify payments made to them. Absolutely ridiculous in 2024 they don’t even have emails to be able to send information to. You can only fax. I would not recommend Ford Credit to anyone.

Update: After the money was found and overpaid funds have yet to be properly refunded (most money has been returned, yet not the extra truck payment I made during the missing check fiasco)... it's been almost two months with no title for either vehicle. We're missing a car and truck title. Original post: They lost a payoff of $30,xxx.xx. The check was cleared, but our truck was never credited. So, as of right now, my $30,000 plus is missing. I have bought many Ford’s new over the years, and have leased many vehicles from other manufacturers. However, in this final business dealing with Ford I made the terrible mistake of leasing from Ford. ‘Red carpet’ more like red tape lease. Don’t fall for the tricks... Dishonest, cringe-worthy tactics from Ford. What an utter complete nightmare. The stores even know it’s a dumpster fire.
