Worst service department, even dealing with the service manager was a disgrace. Was quoted one price upon dropping my vehicle off and the advised me to call the Ford Service Dept to see if it was covered by the recall. They advised me it was not but they could give me a discounted rate which was 1/2 the price Arceneaux quoted. So i advised Arceneaux Ford Service Department they could move forward with the repair. The most AMAZING administration and staff! Tim Smoot, Service Manager was so Incredibly helpful and accommodating in a VERY stressful situation. He alone gets one million stars *****! Other notable employees, are Kevin and Anderson. Can not say enough to the credit of this Business. The dealership itself is clean, bright, state of the art, and every person encountered was so very polite and helpful. Thank You for turning a nightmare in to a dream.
