I’ve had a 2020 F250 Tremor since it was new. 110,000 miles in and my rear diff has shit the bed. I need two new batteries over $5000 in repair less than 5 years into this truck and it was almost $90,000. I’m also having to buy new lug nuts now because they are chromed capped and cracked and can’t be put back on. And the dealerships don’t stock ones without the caps. Do better ford you guys suck.

This place is the biggest scam and I would NEVER recommend someone take their vehicle here for any type of service. We took our 2010 ford f150 in because it had been making a weird sound. We asked them to do a diagnosis on it to try to figure out what the problem was. After the diagnosis they had said the struts and shocks were the issue and we had already been aware that those needed replacing Due to normal wear and tear, but trusted their professional opinions That replacing those would fix the problem. I have a 2022 F-350 the 10 speed shifts like sloppy garbage, test drove of a 2025 and it also shifts like sloppy garbage. Firm up the shifts in this one ton truck that's supposed to tow 35,000 lb because this is ridiculous this is why your transmission don't last. I also can't get a key cut at the Ford dealership for my 2002 super duty even though I have the code for the key, there are over 5 million vehicles with those lock cylinders and keys. This is a corporate Ford Service Training Center where Ford and Lincoln dealership technicians go for technical training. There are no customer relations at this facility, strictly technical training.
