Sales people are so unprofessional
I’ve been with ford for some time now but the service area does have high traffic, my ford 22st went twice for the same problem. I was promised a loaner, one was put on hold for me. why I went to drop off my truck there is none to give. I don’t care if the car falling apart or not I work and have errands to do.
