There prices are insane noww they charged my card $1000 what in the heckkkkkk i found somewhere else to save money.
one of their insured's hit me and they didn't provide his statement to claims until AFTER liability had been decided and I had picked up my rental. so now, I'm on the hook for the entire rental and my deductible because their insured gave a fraudulent statement that the agent neglected to provide until AFTER everything was said and done.
Ford has my agent for 20 years. He has been my parents since 1990. We have loved how much he has helped us out during difficult times.
